What if my issue is an
emergency or requires immediate attention?
If you have a life or property threatening emergency you should
dial 911 immediately. The Division of Police and Fire are available 24 hours a
day, seven days a week, to respond to emergencies. If you have a concern that
requires attention but is not threatening life or property (such as a
sewer back up, a tree blocking a street, debris in road way, flooding problems,
a missing manhole cover , etc.) call the LexCall phone number, 311 (or 425-2255). If
your call is Monday through Friday from 7AM to 8PM the staff will send an
emergency request to the appropriate division. If your call is after hours you
will hear a message directing you to officials who will assist you.
